Dessert packed with protein? Pinch us because we must be dreaming. The chocolate mousse is protein based coming in under 200 calories per serving with 6 grams of protein, 12 grams of fats and 16 grams of carbohydrates. Did we mention this sweet treat takes less than 5 minutes to prepare!

Here’s what you need:

Main Ingredients
  • Whole package of soft tofu (300g)
  • 3-4 TBSP maple syrup (I used sugar free)
  • Whole dark chocolate bar (cut and melted)
  • Pinch of salt


  • Separate in small bowls, place in fridge to set for 1 hour minimum.
  • Can add any toppings I chose coconut shavings and strawberries.
