Here’s what you need:
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 cup large rolled oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 cups blackberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 435 F.
Combine oats, maple syrup, lemon juice, water, protein powder, and almond meal in a bowl.Add more water if needed. Add one tbsp at a time.
- Add blackberries and chia in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes or until berries become soft.
- Add blackberries and chia into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle crumble on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately with vanilla plant-based ice cream on top if desired.
