It’s blackberry season, so why not celebrate it with a delicious easy to make crumble!

Ingredients

1/2 cup large rolled oats

1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp water

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tbsp almond meal

2 tsp chia seeds
2 cups blackberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 435 F.
Combine oats, maple syrup, lemon juice, water, protein powder, and almond meal in a bowl.Add more water if needed. Add one tbsp at a time.
Add blackberries and chia in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes or until berries become soft.
Add blackberries and chia into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle crumble on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately with vanilla plant-based ice cream on top if desired.
