Vegan Eggnog
Yes, that’s right. We created a version of everyone’s favorite boozy, or non-boozy, version of this famed holiday classic beverage for plant-based eaters to enjoy. Try our vegan eggnog for a tasty treat to keep you warm at your next winter get together.

Here’s what you need:
Main Ingredients
- 3 cups (720ml) Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk
- 1 cup (240ml) Organic Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 2/3 cup of white sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup (180ml) Bourbon*
Directions
- In a blender, add all of your ingredients aside from the bourbon. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour your mixture into a saucepan and gently heat, making sure to whisk constantly until the vegan eggnog begins to simmer. You will notice that it begins to thicken up quite a bit during this process.
- Remove from heat and add in your bourbon, or skip if you are looking to make a non-boozy nog.
- Use an immersion blender directly in the pot to remove any lumps that may have formed while heating. If you do not have an immersion blender, you can also just strain your mixture.
- Place the thickened beverage into a jug and place into the fridge to chill for a few hours or until completely chilled.
- Before serving, stir your vegan eggnog and then pour into glasses. Top each glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon and or nutmeg.
- Sip and enjoy!
