Vegan Rice Crispy Treats (Gluten-Free)
Line an 8 x 8-inch baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Place your rice crispy cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Melt your nut butter together with your syrup either over the stovetop or in the microwave. Pour the mixture into the bowl together with your rice crispy cereal and mix well.
Pour the mixture onto your lined baking tray and press firmly into place. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy!
