Each serving delivers 20g of nourishing plant protein and 35% less saturated fat than animal-based ground meat. Made from pea protein and other nutrient-dense plant-powered ingredients, this deliciously authentic ground beef alternative is free from gluten, soy and GMOs.

Better for you and better for the planet, Beyond Meat Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground can be substituted for ground beef in any recipe. Use it for flavourful taco, burrito and quesadilla fillings or stir it into a rich plant-based chili. Mould it into meatballs, sculpt your dream burger patty, or simmer in a bolognese sauce. Get creative! 

Preparation Instructions 

Tacos, Sauces & Chili: Warm a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently and breaking up the pieces to your preferred crumble size. If you are adding a sauce, simmer for a further 30 minutes for optimum unctuosity! 

Meatballs: Prepare the meatball mix according to your favorite recipe and mould into balls. Sear in a pan until browning and add to your sauce. Simmer for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. 

Burgers: Combine the ingredients for your favorite burger recipe and mold into patties. Heat a non-stick pan or grill to medium-high heat and sear for about 4-5 minutes per side for a 4oz patty. Just like with an animal-based burger, do not overcook! The Plant-Based Ground may still be pink in the middle when fully cooked.

Water, pea protein*, expeller-pressed canola oil, refined coconut oil, rice protein, natural flavors, dried yeast, cocoa butter, methylcellulose, contains 1% or less: potato starch, salt, potassium chloride, beet powder color, apple extract, pomegranate concentrate, sunflower lecithin, vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, vitamins and minerals (zinc sulfate, niacinamide [vitamin B3], pyridoxine hydrochloride [vitamin B6], cyanocobalamin [vitamin B12], calcium pantothenate).

*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Contains no peanuts or tree nuts.
