These sausages behave just like animal-based sausages. Once cooked, they should have deliciously blistered and browned skins and your family should have followed the tempting savory aromas wafting from the kitchen to ask what’s for dinner!
Grill: Preheat your grill to 500°F (when covered). Brush sausages with a neutral oil and grill for around 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Griddle: Set your non-stick griddle at max temperature and cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently.
Skillet: Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
