Product Overview
Fever-Tree’s Light Ginger Beer is unapologetically spicy. The full-bodied, clean heat comes from a blend of three different types of ginger, each with its own personality. Fresh green ginger from the Ivory Coast brings a citrus freshness, while Cochin ginger adds a warm depth, and Nigerian ginger completes the trio with its bold fragrance.
Unlike other ginger beers, there is a balance and harmony to this drink that ensures it’s not overly sweet, which we think makes it the perfect ginger beer for a Dark & Stormy cocktail. Mix with dark rum, a dash or two of bitters, ice and some crushed lime wedges for a chilled-yet-fiery mouthful that really hits the back of your throat.
If you’d rather have an alcohol-free tipple, you could add wedges of citrus fruit, chopped mint and lemonade to create a zingy punch, but this drink really is complex and delicious enough to be enjoyed just as it comes.
And just in case you weren’t already sold, Fever-Tree’s Light Ginger Beer has a whopping 48% fewer calories than their Premium Ginger Beer, but with all the fire and intensity!
