Product Overview

The founders of Fever-Tree travelled the globe in search of the highest-quality natural ingredients to create this distinctly refreshing tonic, and you really can taste their attention to detail in every invigorating sip.

Their quinine from the deep forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo is exceptionally bitter, and the oils from their Mexican Bitter Oranges are bold, sharp and tangy. Fever-Tree uses fruit sugars to balance the bitterness of the quinine, making the perfect crisp, clean, delicious Light Indian Tonic, with less than half the calories of their regular tonic water.

This multi-serve bottle is the perfect size for taking along to a picnic and sharing with friends, and we would recommend serving this with a dry gin, lots of ice and your favourite garnish in a large balloon-shaped glass. As Fever-Tree says, “If ¾ of your drink is the mixer, mix it with the best”.

Or, if alcohol isn’t your thing, the citrus kick of this tonic also makes it the perfect base for a fresh and zingy iced tea! Brew up some Bergamot tea, leave to cool, and add lemon juice, tonic and lots of ice for an absolute treat!

Ingredients

Carbonated Spring Water, Fructose (Fruit Sugar), Acid: Citric Acid, Natural Flavourings including Natural Quinine.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the story behind the Fever-Tree name?

The founders of Fever-Tree decided to name their company after the source of the star ingredient of tonic water, quinine. Quinine is a bitter chemical extracted from cinchona tree bark, and is often used in treatments for Malaria to reduce fevers. In India, this led to the cinchona tree being referred to as the “Fever Tree”.
