How to prepare the Mac ‘n Chao?
Simply take out of the freezer, remove the overwrap and cover, place in the microwave on high for about 4 minutes, then remove, stir well, re-cover and place back in the microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes to ensure it is cooked all the way through.
