I discovered your company on walmart.ca as the vendor for the tortilla chips, went to your website and found other from the ground up products, and the price was 60 cents cheaper than walmart, but the tortilla chips were not on your website, and I was refused a rebate, which I disagree with. but, Rochelle was amazing and great, and allowed the pretzels to be shipped, free of charge, along with my free shipping order from walmart.ca from your warehouse. your search engine was very misleading, as when I typed in from the ground up, 3 items appeared on screen, so that was it, but later, when I clocked on the magnifying glass icon, all sorts of items popped up. that's why I also wanted a rebate for the tortilla chips, as your website search screen is misleading. overall, it is great that you ship to canada, please offer this product for the sale price in your new warehouse, and Rochelle should get a raise and promotion.
