White and wild rice with chickpeas and chickpea noodles come together with wonderful sweet mango chutney to create a stunning lunchtime option. Packed full of spices, these are an ideal meal for those who like a bit of a kick.
Made using only the best non-GMO ingredients, these gorgeous wraps are a fantastic, healthy lunch item. Rich in fibre and iron, they also contain absolutely no trans fats or cholesterol. Boasting only natural ingredients, these wraps also have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Microwave: Remove wrap from bag and place, seam side down, onto a microwavable plate. Cook on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, if heating from cool, and 3-3½ minutes, if heating from frozen.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F, then place wrap, seam side down, on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, if heating from cool, and 40-45 minutes, if heating from frozen. Let it sit for a minute and then enjoy!
