How to use?

How do all these plants help me sleep?

Passionflower increases the presence of the neurotransmitter GABA, which facilitates relaxation. Valerian root has been used as a sleep aid for a looong time, and it helps maintain those GABA levels in your system. Siberian ginseng (similar to the ashwagandha plant) helps keep cortisol (the “stress hormone”) at a healthy level. Finally, magnesium helps you stay asleep, for a full night of uninterrupted rest.
