Simply Organic Vanilla Extract

The rich deep flavours of this pure Organic Vanilla Extract encompasses the robust and endearing flavours of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, sourced directly from small scale farming Co-ops in Madagascar. 

This silky smooth Vanilla Extract is naturally sweet avoiding any artificial sugars, colours or flavours. Stripped back to basics, this organic extract lets the real vanilla sing with only the addition of organic alcohol as the extracting agent and carrier and a water base. Let the deep vanilla aromas flow and bring life to your baking. 

PlantX top tip: Bring all the sweetness together and add a new lease of life to your favourite cupcake recipe with Vanilla cream cheese frosting using Simply Organic’s Vanilla extract. We recommend a gingerbread cupcake base bursting with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg for that all-year-around pleasing sweet treat. 

To make the vanilla cream frosting, simply beat together 8 punches of your favourite vegan soft cream cheese, 6 tablespoons of warmed soft plant-based butter until the texture is light and fluffy. Add 4 cups of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of Simply Organic Cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of the aromatic Simply Organic Pure Vanilla Extract. Slowly add 1-2 tablespoons of alternative milk whilst whisking constantly. Fill your piping bag and swirl your sweet vanilla frosting on top!
