By training chefs for years in vegan butchery, The Very Good Butchers have successfully managed to incorporate that popular hot and sweet flavour of chorizo into their Smokin’ Bangers by using ancho and chipotle chilies. 

Crafted to perfection, these Smokin’ Bangers have just the right amount of heat to give a fiery kick, ideal in a hotdog with vegan mayo or ketchup at a smoky outdoor bbq.

Each packet contains 4 bangers. Refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. Freezer- friendly.

How do I cook The Very Good Butchers’ Smokin’ Bangers?

These tasty Smokin’ Bangers are already cooked so can be eaten straight out the packet. For the ultimate taste, fry for 6-8 minutes in a non-stick pan with oil on a medium heat, turning a few times to evenly cook. Alternatively, grill using a 50% BBQ sauce, 30% oil and 20% root beer basting liquid (or any basting liquid of your choice.)
