Squash Masala

Roasted squash and spinach tofu paneer top a deliciously earthy beet biryani in our Squash Masala meal. A dash of chili and turmeric add just the right amount of spice to the spinach paneer and coconut milk gives our beet biryani a rich tropical flavor that will leave you supremely satisfied.

Great dish!

Love the tofu in this dish. All of the flavours come together really well, and it’s filling too!
