The pack contains 4 frozen patties that are ready to cook. Just heat or bake before you eat. Use an air fryer for 14-16 minutes or a conventional oven for 24 minutes at 74 degrees Celsius. Ensure to preheat the ovens to 232 degrees Celsius before cooking. For a quick fix, you can try popping it in a 1000 watt microwave for 10 minutes.

Plant patties are manufactured with soy protein and enriched wheat containing the goodness of iron (2.2mg per patty) and vitamin B3. There are no added calcium, potassium or Vitamin D extracts.
