Product Overview

Introducing the Peach Prosecco Sparkling Jam by Provisions. Inspired by the Bellini, a classic Venetian cocktail that combines prosecco or champagne with peach purée. This deliciously unique jam is low in sugar but high in fruity sweetness and fun. An original jam that is sure to take you on one hell of a ride.

Experts at Provisions have carefully combined 100% whole and natural ingredients to make this jam. The peaches have been boiled in citric acid, a little sugar and (of course) prosecco and have been left to cook until the jam thickens and develops a deeply aromatic flavour.

Designed to balance out the rich creaminess of a variety of nut-based cheeses, this Peach Prosecco Sparkling Jam can be used much like a French confiture of English chutney. The perfect thing for a New Year’s celebration or birthday party!

This jam can even be enjoyed over a buttery slice of toasted bread or stirred into a bowl of creamy plant-based yogurt topped with fruit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the Bellini cocktail come from?

The peach and prosecco combination that you’ll find in this original sparkling jam comes from the Bellini cocktail. This cocktail is said to have been created between the 1930s and 1940s by Guiseppe Cipriani at Harry’s Bar - the popular Venice hangout of Ernest Hemmingway and Orson Welles.
