Who doesn’t love a nice, warm bowl of oatmeal? There’s really nothing as comforting on a cold, winter morning like that, getting ready to go for the day. Well, Bob’s Red Mill is going to give you just that with their delicious Oatmeal Cups and the best part is, they are gluten-free!

Made with wonderful Quick Cooking Rolled Oats, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats and stone ground Scottish Oatmeal. They are whole grain and gluten-free so they are ideal for those with celiac disease. 

There are 7 grams of protein in each cup, they are kosher and they are a fantastic source of fibre. So they aren’t just absolutely delicious but also a great, nutritious breakfast. Perfect to take with you wherever you need a good, filling snack as well. 

How to prepare

You can prepare them in two super simple ways: add hot water to the fill line, stir and let sit for about 3 minutes. Stir again and enjoy. Or add cold water to the fill line, then microwave for a minute on high. Let it sit for about 2 minutes, stir again and enjoy. 

Brown Sugar & Maple Oatmeal Cup

Lovely, sweet flavour and wonderfully nutritious, the Brown Sugar & Maple Oatmeal Cup will leave you utterly satisfied. Add a drizzle of pure maple syrup, coconut oil and raisins to make this an extra special treat. Make this and it’ll be like having dessert for breakfast.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cup

Contains dried apple pieces for that extra burst of flavour, paired perfectly with aromatic cinnamon to create the ideal combo. Why not try out overnight oats? Just add your favourite milk or yogurt to the cups and let soak overnight in the refrigerator.
