Yellow Curry Paste

The mildest of the three curries, the Yellow Curry Paste gets its colour from turmeric and has a wonderful flavour.

Black Curry Paste

With gorgeous dark colour and a little higher in spice than the yellow curry paste, the Black Curry Paste is fragrant, rich and utterly satisfying.

Red Curry Paste

With the gorgeous red colour it gets from the chilli pepper, the Red Curry Paste is the spiciest of the lot, perfect for spice lovers everywhere!

To prepare: Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat, stir in the contents of curry paste and herb pouches and sauté for 1 minute. Add 2 to 3 cups of veggies and protein of your choice then sauté for 5 minutes. Add 400 mL of coconut milk, ½ cup of water and let simmer for 10 minutes or until well cooked. Season to taste and enjoy over rice and garnish with lime and fresh cilantro.


Yellow Curry Paste
