Product Overview

Earth Island’s Original Vegenaise is an absolute game-changer. It’s deliciously creamy, and thanks to the apple cider vinegar and brown rice syrup it contains, there is not too much acidity like some other plant-based mayos, but instead a wonderful hint of sweetness to its flavour. 

As well as its taste, we love the versatility of this mayo, which is partially due to its smooth, thick texture. This rich texture and flavour make Earth Island’s Original Vegenaise perfect for creating sauces, stirring into salad dressings, mixing into bakes, spreading on sandwiches, dolloping on to spicy dishes and of course for dipping fries or veggies in. 

We especially love using this Vegenaise to create quick and creamy stir-in sauces for pasta, by mixing with homemade pesto or adding to a pot of your favourite melted plant-based cheese.

What is Earth Island doing to combat waste?

Earth Island was the first plant-based manufacturing facility in the US to achieve Platinum Level Zero Waste Certification by TRUE certification. It has diverted over 98% of its waste from landfills since 2016. Each year it diverts almost 200 tons of waste to recycling, re-purposes more than 200 tons of materials and it composts over 100 tons!
