Can I use Earth Island Yogurt in my own recipes?
Absolutely! Whilst this is a delicious snack in its own right, Earth Island has made this yogurt incredibly versatile. Substitute the vanilla yogurt 1:1 in your favourite sweet cakes and bakes that call for greek yogurt, or use ¼ cup (about 60g) as an egg replacement. Try blending with frozen berries and plant-based milk into a refreshing smoothie.
You can use plain yogurt in your savoury dishes too! Add a few tablespoons for creamy richness in tomato-based curries. Make fresh tzatziki to serve at your next barbecue as a dip for your favourite veggie kebabs. Just add ¼ of a chopped-up cucumber to the yogurt and mix in salt, a clove of garlic, a handful of mint leaves and a squeeze of lemon.
