Product Overview
Gardein’s Golden Fishless Filet is a plant-based vegan product with no dairy or meat ingredients in it. It gives you the amazing taste of fish in a very environmentally friendly and sustainable way.
You can eat these delicious filets without worrying about your health as they are high in Omega-3s and low in saturated fat which keeps your diet in check. The products are USDA and Non-GMO certified.
The fishless filets are best eaten when fried. Keep the products frozen and take them out only when ready to be used. Ideally, preheat the oven to 230°C. The frozen fishless filets should be baked on a baking sheet for 14-16 minutes, turning them once halfway through.
If you are short of time, you can microwave two frozen fishless filets on a microwave-safe plate and for about 1 minute. You can then transfer to a nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
