How do I cook Giovanni’s Organic Pasta?

  1. In a large pot bring some water to boil and add some salt
  2. Add Giovanni’s Organic Pasta to the boiling water and stir occasionally to stop the tortellini or cappelletti from sticking together
  3. Cook for 12-15 minutes depending on how firm you want the pasta to be
  4. Drain the water off using a colander but collect some of this water
  5. Heat your desired sauce in a saucepan and add some of the pasta water, then toss the pasta in the sauce; alternatively, toss the pasta in olive oil and serve.
