How is Habibi’s Toum Garlic Sauce made?
Habibi’s Toum Garlic Sauce is made using the traditional Middle Eastern method. It is made the same way as mayonnaise, only using garlic instead of an egg as a stabilizer. Lots of the highest quality fresh garlic cloves are blended into a smooth paste. This releases emulsifying agents which act as stabilizers. Non-GMO canola oil is then slowly incorporated into the paste, which binds together to create a stiff, fluffy and creamy sauce. Naturally vegan magic!
