How should I eat the Shelled Edamame?

Add to wraps, stir-fries and salads for an Asian zing with a punch of nutritious minerals. However, our favourite way to consume edamame is by itself as a snack! For an extra boost of flavour, we suggest steaming the edamame with sauteed garlic, soy sauce and chilli oil and adding a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
