Product Overview

Salads are boring, right? Wrong! With Maison Orphée’s Organic Balsamic vinegar, you can turn your limp lettuce leaves into a side dish to be proud of! It’s the perfect salad dressing, either on its own or mixed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil to add an extra dose of flavour and healthy fats. Try it drizzled over homemade bruschetta made with freshly sliced bread, crushed garlic, basil leaves and chopped tomatoes.

Maison Orphée takes the greatest care in producing the highest quality products. They start by selecting only the finest grapes, grown in Italy on organic farms by trusted farmers. They undergo a double fermentation process. Finally, the vinegar is aged for three years in oak barrels to create a distinct sweet and tangy flavour.

100% Organic Balsamic Vinegar.
Contains naturally occurring sulphites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Maison Orphée Organic Balsamic Vinegar just for salads?

No! Maison Orphee has designed this Balsamic Vinegar for versatility. It can be used in a variety of dishes to add a little sweetness and acidity. Add a tablespoon to your next vegan chilli or bolognese during cooking. Or try mixing a few tablespoons of vinegar with olive oil, garlic and your favourite herbs before adding to parboiled potatoes and roasting to serve as a delicious side.

You can even drizzle this Balsamic Vinegar over strawberries, where its woody taste brings out the strawberries' natural sweetness. Follow this up by sprinkling with sugar and let sit at room temperature for an hour before serving.
