It’s a real classic but it isn’t the easiest thing to find a plant-based alternative that doesn’t make some sort of sacrifice when it comes to flavour. Modern Meat Modern ‘Crab’ Cakes have managed to create something that is indistinguishable from the real thing!

These mouth-watering crabless crab cakes are gluten-free and non-GMO and can be cooked straight from frozen. No artificial additives or preservatives here, just the wonderful ingredients: vegetables, herbs and lemon, totally nut-free and soy-free. 

Preparing them is the simplest thing too, just preheat the pan or grill and add a tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the patties and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
