Naam’s Miso Gravy is arguably the flavour that their Vancouver restaurant is most famous and highly regarded for (check out the reviews!). It’s rich, moreish and powerfully savoury - but there’s also a lingering acidity and heat which makes this gravy perfectly balanced and not overly salty.

This gravy can be warmed up and poured into a ramekin for an instant show-stopper dip for veggies and snacks at a buffet or works great as a flavoursome stir fry sauce. The deep umami hum of this sauce pairs particularly well with iron-rich vegetables like broccoli, but this sauce really is an instant injection of bold flavour that will compliment most dishes.
