Cooking Instructions

Drop into boiling water and leave to simmer for 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, place in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a few tablespoons of water and cook on high for 3-4 minutes.

How can I make Stahlbush’s Broccoli florets taste even better?

Feel free to get creative!! Broccoli is one of the most versatile veggies there is. Some ideas we love:

  • Sauté in a tablespoon of oil with tofu, bean sprouts and your favourite sauce for a delicious vegetable stir-fry. 
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and season with salt and pepper. Roast on a baking tray with sliced red peppers and courgette for 15-20 minutes. Toss with freshly cooked pasta and sautéed onion. Finish by drizzling with lemon juice and fresh basil for an easy weeknight meal.
  • On cold winter evenings, add to veggie broth and simmer alongside leeks and potatoes for 20-30 minutes. Add your favourite herbs, dairy-free cheese and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth for a hearty soup, or leave chunky for a warming stew.
