How do I enjoy Stahlbush’s Strawberries at their best?

Put strawberries centre stage any time of day. Blend them straight from frozen with banana and plant-based yoghurt for a delicious smoothie at breakfast. Or why not try blending with ice, sugar, rum and lemon juice for a cocktail night? For a more unusual trick, defrost in the fridge and chop up small to add a sweet twist to salads. 

If defrosting before eating, allow to thaw in the fridge for 6-12 hours. Ensure strawberries are fully defrosted before use.

Stahlbush Farms pick and freeze their strawberries at the pinnacle of their ripeness. All that juicy goodness is frozen in time, just waiting to be used in your favourite sweet or savoury dishes. 

Strawberries contain a whole punnet of goodness, including high levels of fibre, vitamin C and potassium. They are naturally one of the lowest sugar fruits around, with only 6g of sugar per serving.
