To prepare
Microwave: Remove wrap from packaging and place on a microwavable plate, seam side down. Cook on high for 1½ to 2 minutes, if heating from cool, and 3-3½ minutes, if heating from frozen.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F, then place wrap, seam side down, on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, if heating from cool, and 25-30 minutes, if heating from frozen. Let it sit for a minute and then enjoy!

Filling: Lentil dal, brown basmati rice, brown lentils, water, onion, garlic, salt, sugar, citric acid, sunflower oil, mangoes, acetic acid, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and spices.
Wrap: Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, sea salt, organic evaporated cane juice, baking powder and vinegar.
Allergens: Wheat. Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
