How do I prepare my Pakora Mixed Vegetables?
There are a couple of ways to get these delicious fritters ready to eat. Make sure to cook from frozen. Remove the chutney from the packet and thaw to room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Microwave: Centre the carton with the pakoras in the microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes on high. Do be careful when removing them from the microwave, they will be hot!
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the pakoras on a baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for 18-20 minutes, making sure to turn them halfway through. Let them cool for at least 1 minute before enjoying.
